5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. Primacy Distributors makes no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primacy Distributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or products purchased through it.
